When you create a question, you can specify the order in which the Answer choices will be displayed. By Checking the Box for Randomize Answers the order in which the answer choices are displayed is randomly selected everytime.

NOTE: Enabling Randomization does NOT change your analysis. The order in which the analysis and results are exported are the same. The order is changed only when the questions are displayed to the respondents.
